1. Booster Information/Player Participation Agreement- Please complete contact information on page 3 for Parent/Guardian and your Player, and sign form as indicated.
2. Parent Participation/Volunteer form- Every family has participation obligations. This form gives you the opportunity to identify your preference. If you do not identify a preference, you will be assigned jobs where your help is needed. Fresh/Soph parents have ADDITIONAL Varsity Snack bar obligations.
3. Player Season Contribution/Donation payment- (Please see the Red, White, and Blue Club Program form). The Beckman Football Program cannot operate without your contribution towards paying for the cost of your son’s participation. The requested minimum amount to pay for your son’s equipment and football needs as a member of the Beckman Football Team is $575. The payment of this amount can be made in monthly payments. Sadly, if parents do not pay, we don’t have a program. Please see the RWB Club Program flyer for details on ways to meet this expectation through fundraising if you are not willing or able to make the full financial contribution.
